Avarage food for a quick lunch, $6.99 lb, buffet, they're spinach lasagna is my favorite, usually I add meatballs and extra marinara sauce :) They also have beer and little wines, wich is a plus. If you're in a rush and need a quick lunch it's a good italian choice.

*Sbarro was briefly closed after about 36 fresh rodent droppings were found on the premises. It reopened later Wednesday. A manager couldn't be reached for comment. On Aug. 14, more than 30 fresh rodent droppings were inside a compressor in a food prep area and two dead roaches were seen. It reopened the next day. Sanitation is everything!!!

Food is average. what makes this place bad are the staff. they don't care much for working there. all the tables were dirty. the lady walking towards a table in front of me even made eye contact with the lady who seemed to be cleaning and the customer was ignored

Bland pizza! So very bland. Workers are borderline rude. The pizza order taker didn't acknowledge me after I stood waiting awhile. Another customer told her to take my order. I seemed to have interrupted her conversation with her co workers (in her native language). She did check me out without saying one word to me. When I said thank you I was totally ignored. All the tables were wiped down and chairs pushed in. The drink foundation area was clean. I figure they don't need to be nice to customers as they are the only game in the mall now with the food closed.

I use to find the staff very friendly. They have recently changed management, and I find the manager to be quite rude. As if he's above everyone else. I asked him about a special they were running, and he declined me the special. When asked why it wasn't going on anymore he simply replied "since I took over!" With a very rude tone with no eye contact. I have not purchased from there since. At the end of the day though, me not buying will not stop their business. I just wanted to vent.

Bought a sandwich from the airport outlet. The woman didn't even put the cold sandwich in the microwave. The taste is horrible and shitty customer service you can already guess. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

i went to this sbarro when i was visiting with my mom last winter break. my brother and i each ordered two slices. we couldn't find a tray to take down the tray counter so that we'd be ready to receive the slices. finally, i spotted one and when i grabbed it, an employee brusquely told me to put it back. the employee could have explained that they would issue me a tray when my slices were ready, but he chose not to. i was confused and hurt. when our slices were coming out of the oven, another employee saw them and said, "four slices... four employees." he wanted our slices. his boss yelled at him, "get back to your station!" i found this all very unpleasant. when we finished eating, i grabbed our trays and started looking for a garbage so i could throw out our trash. the guy who had yelled at the other employee earlier now yelled at me, "leave it on the table! someone will clean it up!" i will never go to this sbarro again. if i wanted to be abused, i would have simply had lunch at my mom's house.
